Onebond Acrylic Easynail

OneBond Acrylic Easynail is a one-part acrylic adhesive, with an initial tack. Adheres to metal, glass, plastic, wood, concrete, composite panels, and kitchen accessories. For fixing panels, ornamental framework (cornices), skirting boards, as well as masonry, plasterboard and wood.

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

• Low strength: non-structural
• Gun grade: very easy to apply and tool
• Application temperature: 5ºC - 35ºC
• Easy water clean-up
• Tack free time: 30 – 60 min
• Curing through volume (24 hours): 2 mm @25ºC/50%RH
• Temperature resistance: -10ºC – +80ºC
• Primerless to the main construction materials
• Not to be used on bituminous substrates, natural rubber, etc.
• Shelf life of 12 months when stored in original containers at 5ºC - 25ºC

OneBond ACRYLIC EXTERIOR

OneBond Acrylic Exterior is a one-part acrylic sealant recommended for exterior applications. Adheres to wood, PVC, iron, aluminium, stone, concrete, plaster and brick works. Can be used for sealing flanged window/door frames as well as masonry, exposed joints on metal sidings, skylights, HVAC ducts and roof panel assemblies.

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

• Gun grade: very easy to apply and tool
• Application temperature: 5ºC - 35ºC
• Tack free time: 15 – 45 min
• Curing through volume (24 hours): 2 mm @25ºC/50%RH

• Loss of volume: 30%
•Resistant to weather conditions
•Forms a permanently water-repellent layer after curing

OneBond ACRYLIC UNIVERSAL

OneBond Acrylic Universal is a one-part acrylic-based sealant suitable for sealing cracks, assembly of joinery, sealing of household joints, such as stairs, wooden-floor boards, etc. Not suitable for joints exposed to continuous water immersion or joints which are totally closed (water evaporation).

• Curing through volume (24 hours): 2 mm @25ºC/50%RH
